Two Recent Works in Progress

Here are two pieces that I started last week.  I’ve been working on them on-and-off since then.  Check back later to see what happens to them.

Well, I must have been getting tired of winter.  I needed to see some green.  Here’s a recently finished piece that I call spring.

Some photos from the Reception

In spite of the snow, I held the opening reception for my abstract exhibition at the Center on the Hill.

More then 25 stalwart friends shared in the viewing, chatting and munching.

Thanks to all for coming out on a bitter cold day.

The exhibition will be available to the public on a daily basis from 5 – 9 until the end of January.

The Show Must Go On

The Abstract Opening Reception will still take place on January 4th, 2014 from 2:00-4:00 PM.

Artists and art lovers are a tough bunch.  So I’m planning to have the reception even though there’s snow on the ground.  We have a ton of food and drinks and we’ll need help consuming it.  Bring a friend.  Feel free to forward this email.

Abstract Exhibition: January 4th through 31st

I invite my friends and those interested in contemporary abstract painting to join me at the reception.
